From humble beginnings as a McDonald's crew member to becoming a successful business owner, Mr. Griggs' journey inspires students and faculty alike. His dedication to giving back to his community and supporting the next generation of business leaders is truly commendable.
A special reception to honor the incredible contributions of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Griggs brought together community and educational leaders, including newly elected Caddo Parish Superintendent Keith Burton, School Board Representative Dottie Bell, and Supervisor of Art Henry Price.
The reception was a celebration of the Griggs' unwavering commitment to advancing business education at SUSLA. In recognition of their philanthropy and dedication, Mr. and Mrs. Griggs were presented with heartfelt gifts from SUSLA.
